"The front desk is always wonderful and super friendly. Doctor's and most sonographers are great. One specifically has been rude and unpleasant. Twice we've gotten her, and we requested not to get her again. Today she came in, I asked my fiancé if this was the tech we didn't like. My fiancé responded with yes. The tech Olivia also responded with, "wow you have such a great memory" and then chuckled. I said yes we don't forget when we have bad situations. She then said that we should've requested someone else besides her. She then started being real condescending and started talking down to us. My fiancé began getting uncomfortable as was my self. The tech was taking images but wasn't telling us what she was doing. She gets angry if someone is looking at the screen she's working on. She MAKES you watch the screen up above on the wall. My fiancé is the patient and if we want to look at both screens then that's what we're gonna do. A new tech by the name of Val came in, she was great!"

"Very biased against declining vaccines and higher than ideal bmi. I have been spoken down to and fear mongered about things I have not even tested positive for. They have labeled me pre-hypertensive for ONE SLIGHTLY higher than ideal blood pressure reading (124/84) from my very first appointment months ago when i was literally finding out for the first time if my baby even had a heart beat. Since then my readings have been even more ideal, and just keep going down (100/70). They are clinging to this label of "pre-hypertensive" and using it to further shame and intimidate me. At my last appointment, I was very excited to see i did not have polyhydramnios, and they had to correct me, I do not have it "yet"! What kind of dr thinks it's a good idea to stress a pregnant woman out and not just let her be happy she doesn't have a scary condition, but instead remind her it could still develop later, even with zero reason for why it would develop? The tone and attitude of the whole appointment was just so rude and unnecessary. I am fully aware of the risks and very open to talking about them, but the way they went about it was much more of a shaming and accusing vibe. My husband and I were both appalled at the treatment from both the tech and the midwife who reviewed my results with us. It honestly makes me want to never go back. I'd rather not get anymore ultrasounds the rest of my pregnancy than continue to deal with this hostile environment. The things I've listed here were just the tip of the iceberg as far as inappropriate and unnecessary things said to me at the appointment."

"I’ve noticed this location has received a lot of poor reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because it’s been wonderful. Each of the ultrasound techs has been caring and as informative as they can be. We have met with both Dr. Joffe and Dr. Ruma, both of whom have been direct about our baby’s possible outcomes and informative. All questions have been answered promptly. The genetic counselor we spoke with was informative and caring, she even offered to sit with me and hold my hand during my CVS when my husband wasn’t able to be there. The care coordinator has also been very on top of things, and responds to texts promptly. The office does have a policy of no children under the age of 15 and while this is inconvenient, I’m not sure how you’d deal with younger kiddos (especially toddlers) while having an ultrasound performed."

"I'm still pretty new at this place but my personal experience here has been nothing but amazing. Every single person has been so kinds starting with the receptionist to the nurses, techs and doctor. I don't feel judged and they explain everything to you. I appreciate the close detail of every ultrasound I've had. It feels nice to finally have people that care and actually listen when you have questions or concerns."

"I have been to 3 appointments so far. I am so impressed and happy with the care I receive. Each time I go, my baby is looked at closely and I meet with a provider who lets me know everything going on. I am an AMA Mamma with Marginal cord insertion and fibroids. I have zero worries because they take such good care of me. Staff are super nice and professional. I too declined both covid vax and flu and never once was I questioned or even looked at sideways. It was noted in my chart on the first visit and I haven't been asked since. I feel like my experiences here have been nothing like what others have experienced."
