"This place is aweful, the staff is just people off the streets who want a paycheck. They do not care about the people living there. They need a place that can help rehabilitate these people not bring them down. A lot of these guys have PTSD, bipolar and other mental issues that need to be addressed. They should learn how to run a facility ( under his construction is a good program that helps people get back in society ) the State needs to shut down La Pasadena."
