"Have had issues trying to get my Dad a new PCP! He has AARP Medicare advantage, and his doctor shows up along with all the doctors there at high resort as an in network provider. But the Care team swears up and down that they are not in network. They will not accept him and he will be self-pay and they say the only reason that they show up as in network is because ER takes the insurance, which is false because he has gone to cardiology he has gone to Urology and all other specialists they all take the insurance It is a bit ridiculous that his own primary will not take it."
"We've had such a wonderful experience with this pediatric department. My son has been a patient with Dr. James Bruce for 8 years. He's knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful in care chioces and suggestions, and has a thorough interest in the kids' all-around health. Also, his nurse Tammy is *incredible* (kind and the best with vaccines). We trek across town to keep Dr. Bruce as my son's doctor - totally worth it."
"I am not sure how physician I saw even can practice. Abrasive, condescending, rushed and did not do her job - ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests and did not correctly order ONE test I came in for. Just awful. Now my quest to find a decent pcp continues."
"Worst place for adult health back in 2021 I had covid and a follow up appointment for worse symptoms but because it hadn't been 2 weeks they called about 20 minutes prior to my appointment to cancel and then I had a few choice words since that day they dismissed me from the clinic and with that said they also screwed me over because I could no long take care of my mental health with my behavioral therapist there. So be careful if you get canceled on 20 minutes prior to appointment time and God forbid you get frustrated after driving an 1 and 1/2 you will not be able to see any providers in the building. They will not even send a message to the clinical director so just be prepared for some poor care and hopefully you take care of your mental health elsewhere because they do not care about transitioning or letting you keep your therapist even if the problem had nothing to do with your therapist they don't care."
"My mom tried to do a video visit. Nothing, then emailed the Dr. She is too busy to see my mom but wants her to come in. Next appt is 2 months away. Forget it. This place is a complete waste of time. Urgent care is a joke. I don't think they actually care about their patients. They have an excuse for everything."
