"Not a big fan of having appointments canceled less than 24 hours ahead of time. Particularly irksome that the rescheduled appointment is now a month away. Things come up, I understand; but maybe don't schedule me for an in-clinic visit if the physician isn't scheduled to be in the clinic that day. Or schedule me with someone else who is in clinic that day. Or catch your mistake early enough to reschedule within a reasonable amount of time. My visit was time sensitive to me, and this really does interrupt my personal life."
