We’ve needed additional block to finish the project and picked up those ourselves. All of the staff is friendly & helpful. Loading area guys are always nice! "We called Southwest Block in Rio Rancho before our project to increase the size of our gates for a recommendation for a good block contractor. Without hesitation a guy gave us a JR Construction Presciliano Barragan. Within a week of the block work being done, we had to get another contractor to fix the pylon as it collapsed when the gate installers tried to attach the gate. It just missed the installer! We tried to get JR Construction back to fix it with no luck. He had no idea you had to add concrete to the pylon for strength even though we discussed what we needed. The only thing we found in the pylon when it fell was a water bottle. Six months later the rest of the wall fell. When checking credentials this guy has no license. Southwest block has no right recommending unlicensed people."
