"I was in the store in Saturday, June 8, 2017. I went to the Contractor help desk to ask a question about roofing shingles. I was helped by Ashley Burke. She helped me find a set of shingles on Home Depot's vendor website to match a roof on a home that is 20 years hold. She did an AMAZING job and was able to place my order with her a couple of days later over the phone. Great Job Ashley!"
"I've never had a problem with the pro desk those guys are very helpful but the last few times I've dealt with the associates in the individual departments they are just not very helpful at all completely oblivious to their products that they're supposed to be dealing with I waited for a gentleman to come and help me in the plumbing department and he never showed up I had to get someone else to help me with something as simple as cutting the pipe and that guy was like well there's a hacksaw suggesting I do it myself last gentleman I spoke to at the AC department didn't want to give me the amount that the cooler pads cost because he had to walk across the store he suggested I check online well excuse me isn't your job customer service the service at this particular store is horrible I'd rather drive across town to another one or you know what just go to Lowe's"
