"If you want quality care do not see Dr. Bryan Broadbent, DPM. He never looked at my feet, never had me stand up, never had me walk to look at additional issues I was having. He walked into the room and said, "You have terrible feet!". I would have thought for a first visit he might say something like, "Hello. Nice to meet you. I am Dr. Broadbent. Tell me what is going on so we can help you?" Instead he did none of what you would think he would do to examine me, instead he told me he needed surgery on his shoulder and would never have it. Surgery is serious despite the surgeons he works with within the clinic encouraging him to have surgery to get himself out of pain. These comments did not reassure me. I had Dr. Lucas operate on my shoulder and it was great. Dr. Lucas came in confident and said, "Let's get you out of this pain you are in! We can get this taken care of for you." I wasn't in with Dr. Broadbent for 10 minutes, probably less than that for almost 400 dollars. When I called to discuss my concerns over the quality of the care and visit I received the person at the clinic I spoke to said he would speak with the doctor and call me back. I never received a call back so I had to call. When I called the individual told me he talked to Dr. Broadbent and was not going to lower the cost of the visit despite the lack of a quality visit. Sounds just like something Dr. Broadbent would say. I paid my bill but I did not receive the type of quality care I deserved. I wasn't listened to about my concerns. If you are having issues with your foot or ankle I suggest not seeing this provider. My overall experience with Orthopedic Associates was great, I have utilized their services before however I do not recommend this provider if you want a quality visit and care."
