"I recently had foot surgery at Lovelace Women’s Hospital. I had the most pleasant experience from the time I walked into the facility to when I left. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. Dr. Ivey was kind and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and made me feel very confident and at ease. I highly recommend this hospital."

"I was very happy with my experience, I had a procedure done at the gastroenterology department. Everyone was very nice and professional. Everything was explained to me and everything was done in a timely fashion. I am a total needle phobic and the nurse Tanya was very kind and patient with me, I appreciate her professionalism and sweet nature. In addition, the room where the procedure was done was on the second floor and had windows which really makes it more pleasant than a closed in OR. I didn't feel great after my procedure, but that was due to the anesthetic. The next day I felt much better. I hope not to go to the hospital any time soon, but would not hesitate to go back or recommend Lovelace Women's hospital (even though I am a man)"

"I came to Lovelace for a second opinion on a major surgery. My physical therapist referred me to a particular surgeon there and said if he was getting this surgery he'd want Dr. Werner to do it. My experience with another facility was terrible and actually scared me. It as like I was on a surgery assembly line. The staff was grumpy and always running behind and I saw very little of the actual surgeon. At Lovelace every single employee has treated me with kindness and respect. I never wait to get in for an appointment and the surgeon has spent a lot of time with me going over x-rays and asking and answering questions. I've had pre-op tests and meetings and have been sent videos to watch about the surgery and recovery. I have the phone number that goes directly to the nurse who is assigned to me and ready access to both the surgeon and his PA. The difference is astounding. I've been terribly scared about this surgery but no longer am. I'm confident about putting my well being in the hands of this group of professionals. I couldn't recommend them more."

"In my first visit to the Lovelace Women's Hospital, I found it very well organized and clean, in spite of the large capacity of patients. I was greeted by a cheerful, well trained volunteer member at the front desk who spoke clearly and directed me well to radiology. Although I was prepared for a long wait, I was barely in my seat for three minutes before an efficient staff member directed me. Dr. Miller gave me a diagnosis promptly. He was kind, courteous, and to the point. He gave me a recommendation too for future care."

"I recently had out patient surgery at Lovelace Women's Hospital. My experience was great! The staff was very welcoming and informative. The care they gave was great. I do not reccomend an overnight stay. I stayed overnight in September of 2022 and received horrible care. I think the nursing staff was sleeping most of the night. They were even neglectful the next morning."
