"The invoice didn’t have details so I called. The labor was $90, his assistant was $45 (the guy said he was training) and in town travel rate was $37.50. We were told out of town rate was $140 and this would be split among others, so we had seven people book. Sent email to residents. The travel charge should be $20 each but they reneged on what they told us. They told us the lowest they can go is $37.50. This company will nickle and dime you. They are not forth coming with their charges."
"I will not do business with Laroc no more. My furnace needed a part so I went to buy a part. They sold me a different part. They said it would fit, but when I got home, it was not the right part. I took it back to get the right part, they told me I would have to splice the wires. I told them I don’t know how to splice the wires. I asked them if they could slice it for me, but they said they don’t know how? I can’t get a refund because after I paid for it, they gave me a receipt that says no refund. I asked them how much is the correct part, they told me it is going to cost more and if they order the part, it will come in next week. I ASKED THEM WHY DID THEY LIE TO ME AND NOT TELL ME THE TRUTH IN THE FIRST PLACE?I guess the buck$$$ is more than customer service I have to look for someone to splice the wires. In the meantime I don’t have heat in my house. It is cold."
