"A peaceful and beautiful lake! Didn't catch any fish but it was still fun! The day use area is closed until further notice due to construction starting soon so we reserved a spot in the camp ground to hang out and use the grill most of the bathrooms were locked too I noticed"
"Hated it! Blocked roads all over the campground. I went to town for food, came back and we were locked out of the campground. The day use area has a sign that said "Closes at 7pm. But they closed the gates at 4:30. I don't know what club you have to be in to camp at this place. Obviously we're not in it."
"Perfect, secluded, quiet and clean! The lake was closed for the season but it was still a magnificent place to stay"
"Great spaces that are levelish. Wonderful views and the picnic space is top notch, we have never had such a luxurious picnic area. Full hookups, no sewer and primitive camp areas to choose from. The showers have long benches and lots of hooks for all your stuff with room for towels. One of the best shower setups we have seen. We stayed 6 nights enjoying all the area had to offer with Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Pecos National Historical Park, Bandolier National Monument and lots of mission churches to visit."
"(From our stay in October) Pretty area with some nice campsites. There was a whole loop that was closed with no signs indicating it. We had began to setup at a site and the ranger told us we had to move because the loop was closed. Had there been signs, we would have happily abided beforehand. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. We enjoyed the view from site 53. It fit our 38' motorhome just nice as well."
