"I NEVER write reviews, but I absolutely had to make an exception for Admiral Campershells. These folks truly stand behind the product they sell and the work they do. I cannot recommend them enough! I bought a Leer camper shell from them. They did a fantastic job of installing it, and I was on my way back home. After a couple days, I noticed a really annoying squeak coming from the camper shell. After some trial and error, I discovered it was coming from the removable front glass of the shell (Leer's fault, not Admiral campers). I called to let them know about the squeak. Long story short, it took me going back three different times and them trying different things before they ended up replacing the window to eliminate the squeak. I'm extremely impressed that they worked so hard to make sure I didn't have a squeaking sound. And each time I went, they were just as friendly and understanding as they could be. So don't bother going somewhere else, Admiral Campershells is the place you wanna go to for such an expensive investment."

"I attempted to contact this vendor who claimed to be a certified LEER distributor. As a shop manager, I needed some information about a replacement part and called to inquire. However, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She demanded that I provide her with a "serial number" so that she could locate the information I needed. I quickly obtained the serial number and called back, but the same woman answered. As I tried to inform her that I was calling back with the requested information, I asked if she was ready to write it down. However, she hung up on me. I attempted to call back several times, but the phone went unanswered, and then suddenly, every time I called, the fax machine started to go on. As a shop manager, I find this behavior incredibly rude and unprofessional! Therefore, I will recommend other vendors to my clients."

"Great service with good pricing. When my color matched fiberglass cap didn't come in before a Christmas time trip they installed a loaner cap for our use until mine came in. Outstanding customer focus as I was told when ordering that it may not come in time...."
