"The staff was always very nice and friendly when I would go in the mornings. The ladies were the best! It was unfortunate to see so many homeless stealing from them and they weren’t able to do anything. Alb needs to do better for these businesses."

"Came here to pickup my packages due to a shipping address error created by Google pay. The representative who assisted me gave me a lot of attitude over throwing away a cardboard box that was used for the delivery. Was it seriously that much of a hassle to toss one box? Next time I'll just put it in one of your bins outside and make it hard to dig out. Rude customer service at this location for sure."

"Never ever have all of my prescriptions or my husband's prescriptions in stock. Usually it's a 3 to 4 day wait. So disappointing! Then I have to call them to make sure medication arrived and is being filled."

"We've never had a bad experience at this pharmacy until today. My Husband had a very important time sensitive RX sent to this pharmacy today, following being seen at the ER. After waiting for approximately 2hrs and not getting notified by the pharmacy that the RX was received and being processed (as we normally do with all RX sent to them) we contacted the store to ask if they received it. We waited on hold for quite awhile before they answered. When they did finally answer we explained the situation and then placed on hold, then disconnected. We called back and were told it had not been received. We contacted the prescriber. They confirmed it had been sent. We went to the store to talk with pharmacy. When we got the we spoke to the young female tech working the drive up (evening of 9/30/23) She said at first it was not received. Then after couple of minutes said that it had been received. She said they would fill it and to circle the building and come back while they filled it. When we came to the window. We were told that there was high co pays for some the prescriptions. I asked the tech to please go through and check pricing using good RX pricing to possibly reduce the prices. She got upset with me and asked if we could come back tomorrow, because they were now closed. I explained it was very important and we needed it tonight. She got angry became extremely rude. This was the last thing we needed after my husband being diagnosed with a potentially deadly sickness. We were extremely disappointed with being treated this way, after being so pleased with the customer service up until this point."

"The store is nice. Everything you want for a Walgreens. The "rewards" however are stupid. We got a "coupon" for $6.00 off our next purchase BUT this fine print is that it's not actually a coupon... it gives you $6.00 in rewards not $6.00 off your order. So we asked how many rewards do we have? Oh they can't tell you that. You can either use your current "rewards" OR get the $6.00 added to your account. How does this make sense? Gotta do better Walgreens. If you give a "coupon" for $$ of your "next purchase" then GIVE a coupon not a "reward" you can't use until you spend more. Ugh. Frustrating."
