I had many questions and they were eager to answer and very patient with my indecisiveness on my purchase. The installers Rob and Carlos were fantastic, and ensured I was 100% satisfied before leaving, and I never felt they were rushing to get to their next job. A month later I called them about an issue i thought my cat caused to the table (turned out to be nothing), and Rob showed up same day to take a look. Rob didn't make me feel like I was bothering him with my questions and again made sure i was satisfied before leaving. In conclusion, the customer service of every employee I encountered was superb. Not only did he find the right light fixture for my ceiling fan but he went above and beyond by obtaining and sending me the instructions ahead of time so I could prep. He also contacted the manufacturer to research the fan types it would fit. He was very responsive and professional, always returning my calls and answering my questions. He goes above & beyond and treats veterans with the upmost respect & value providing a military discount as well. I look forward to doing more business with Joe. Their installation was precise and fast, but they also took the time to position the table to our wants while attaining perfect play within the room.
