"The pharmacy staff are beyond rude, don't want to look up any prescriptions and saying they can not look into the portal since we don't go there. Hung up on me twice and totally avoiding what I was trying to explain to her while cutting me off everytime I tried to tell her my child has 2 accounts. Sad excuse of staff"

"I want to love this Walgreen's because it is in my neighborhood, but I have really struggled with the pharmacy. Most recently, the drive-thru was closed and there was a sign saying to come inside. So I went inside and there was a sign that read: CLOSED DUE TO STAFFING SHORTAGE. I get that there may be be staffing issues, but they couldn't have posted that at the Drive-Thru? Then I called to see if they were open today before making the trip and the person I spoke with said they were there ALL DAY yesterday and there wasn't a staffing shortage or sign. I was also told the Drive-Thru was 'broken' by one person, and then told it was a staffing issue by another person. And this isn't the first time I have been texted a prescription was 'ready' and found them to be closed during their business hours. I realize that some of the communication is automated regarding when prescriptions are ready, but I really get the sense that they are remarkably annoyed when you call to check if something is ready and what their hours are that day. Honestly, I think it would be wiser to post real hours and be transparent about when the pharmacy is closed instead of gaslighting customers that need medication and keep receiving texts that their prescriptions are ready."

"Staff has no knowledge of offers, sales or customer service. Manager has no control over his staff, but then again he may be too busy smoking cigarettes with them in front of the front doors. Watching dissatisfied customers walk past not caring about the long lines, rude service and dirty store. A secret shopper would give place 0 stars. With a long list of 1 star reviews, you would think corporate would find new management. It maybe the worst location in town."

"If I could give zero stars I would, from the looks of it a lot of other customers would as well. I have been having issues with this pharmacy for several months now. I spoke with supposedly the pharmacy manager who was a woman and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept insisting that she needed my bin number for my Medicaid, which I know was not true because 5 min after I got off the phone with her. I called another Walgreens and they were able to find my Medicaid info just by my name and DOB and have my prescription ready within the hour. That’s the difference in someone who wants to do their job and help patients and someone who don’t and is neglectful. Either this woman does not know how to do her job, or just doesn’t care. Either way, a complaint will be filed against this pharmacy specifically the woman who has an attitude and is neglecting giving customers their medications."

"I wish there was a zero star. The pharmacy staff is always so rude when I call, not all staff but this one woman in particular. My husband waited for ever a week for a prescription that he needed urgently. Finally my husband called and asked the pharmacist if another Walgreens had it and her response was "I don't know, call them?" Why should he call them? It's your job as a pharmacist to see if it can be filled for the patient, that is good patient care!! Then she said my husbands insurance wasn't active, I told her I was logged into our insurance portal and he is 100% active and she said "not on my end" and giggled. What in the world? I have moved ALL my family prescriptions to another location."
