"I really wanted to support this little store, but the couple of times I have been there, the service has been very poor. The first time I went, there were 3 employees, and none were interested in helping me, so after browsing for 5–10 minutes, I left. The second time I was in here, I had to return a pair I had purchased online, and for some reason they could not find the purchase number and wouldn't accept my return (I was able to return via mail). So that was annoying. And again, the employees were not friendly and didn't even attempt to ask me if I wanted to try a different pair of shoes; I had to browse on my own and ask them to try on a pair, which I ended up buying (though, in hindsight i should have given them my business)."
"I came here with my boyfriend and his dad to find my boyfriend some new work shoes. The man helping my boyfriend pick his shoes was patient and helpful. Great service and my boyfriend found the right shoes for his work. My boyfriends dads girlfriend Ami gets new shoes here every 6 months she is the one who got us into new balance."
