"Worst schlotzskys in Albuquerque. Service is slow and sandwiches are not made to how you order them. Bread seamed a few days old. Why isn't the inside dining area closed? Are they too lazy to have to cleanup?"
"Wow. It’s been years since I’ve eaten here- and I’m reminded why I don’t. The drive thru girl was useless and didn’t listen. Zero customer service skills. Doesn’t repeat order. Made my order wrong then argued about it. Minimum wage- minimum service. Yall wonder why fast food workers get paid so little."
"My wife accidentally placed our order at the manual location when we got to the San meteo location the worker said she was still working on my order(obviously not because it was placed @ the menual) but we didn't catch it for at least 10 mins. When we arrived at the menual location the inside was closed so we were forced to stand in the long drive thru line, eventually we got to the speaker and the worker was nice enough to ask if we wanted to pull around to the front of the building and she'd bring out our food, so we did. The sandwich was delicious we ordered 2 large and 1 med original sandwiches. The large ones were huge and plenty for 2 people to share so we ended up eating the other half for dinner. My son had the med. one and that filled him up. My only complaint is that the sandwiches were missing the pickles (which is my son &wife's favorite part) I would definitely return but I'd double check to make sure pickles were included and that you can go inside to pick up the order."
"I love the food here but they seemed uninterested in working. I pulled into the drive through at 5:50 when they were posted as open until 6. They informed me they weren't serving food any more. Better luck next time I guess."
"The customer service was very good, very friendly, but the food was so bad compared to every other Schlotzkys experience I’ve had. I love this chain but this locations French Dip was totally inedible. Half of the “meat” was fat and what wasn’t was so chewy I couldn’t swallow. I took one bite and couldn’t get past it. Will not return to this location."
