"My sons have been going here for years now. The past several months have been miserable. Our appointments are canceled the day of, we rebook and are either canceled again or we are put with some random barber when we were promised who we have regularly seen. How can I make an appointment with Dale or Alton and get shoved to someone else? Why even ask us to book in advance and online?!?!?? Nothing is consistent. And the cuts are increasingly misshapen and not what was communicated as what we wanted. After well over 5 years of continued service here we will be finding someone new. Get your act together!"
