"Came here at 9:30 a.m. come to find out they’re closed. Okay no problem. I came back to my car and continued to wait. These 2 people kept staring at me, they sat and stared at a dozen other people trying to open the door as well. As I’m about to leave they get out of their car and rushed to the door to unlock it and then locked it again? Okay either you’re late and opening late or you changed your hours? There should be some type of sign saying so or update your business hours. Why sit and stare at us instead of letting us know when you’ll be open. I was waiting for insta cart orders, finally got one but it is now 10 a.m. and still closed."
"When I walked in the rude employee told me that I can't shop there. When I asked why she said that someone from Smith's told her something. I said I haven't been to Smith's in over a week and I don't know what she is talking about. I went to Smith's to ask them about it and they didn't know what she was talking about. I went back and asked for an apology. And she got nasty and vulgar to me. This store needs better management."
"Well I shop at this store quite often. I actually had not been going in as much as I used to. I love the prices, the products and most importantly the "STAFF". It doesn't matter what I'm buying or how I look or anything. I am always greeted with a warm friendly smile, their can do attitude, and willingness to help and the genuine good bye and sincere come back and see us again when I leave make me feel comfortable and at ease. So much so, that generally I come in for a specific item and start looking around. I usually leave with way more than 1or 2 items I went in for. The thing is I still come home with change in my pocket cause it didn't break me. Thanks again to all my favs at the store at Coors and Central ."
"I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Who ever shops here must be a Karen or likes to gossip. Come to the store, you will get talked behind your back. Workers are gossipers with some customers meanwhile the store is very messy and out of shape. Also cashier was passive aggressive. Highly recommend going next door to Smith's instead! Avoid this place at all costs."
