Besides being precise and thorough, Bob is very organized and has solid time awareness and management. I respect how he runs his business and I’ve consistently been pleased with the work that they’ve both done on my nails. Bob’s sister also assists them with her personal clientele on the weekend; she’s wonderful! Bob is fun to chat with and does his best to meet everyone’s needs with availability.
