She goes to hair shows in NY, LA and other metropolitan cities to learn the best techniques every 6 mos to up her expertise and skills. I am so sad to be leaving Albuquerque . . . "Called multiple times to get an appointment but no one calls you back. they have a bunch of personal cell phones listed on their website and they all work individually. They don’t work together and aren’t aware of each other’s schedules. Left many messages on their instagrams and emailed them. Still no respond. Careless group of girls, not customer oriented."
