"I walked in the first time and it was a great experience! Mr Tran is very talented. I made a future appointment…jump to future>I get an email notification of my appointment with instructions to be five minutes early and to press a button to confirm. Today I got there fifteen minutes early waited outside for about 30min and nobody ever showed up. I was stood up. Nothing says unprofessional more than that! I don’t think I will return."

"Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Nam is excellent at his craft. I typically visit barbers and the experience is 50/50 more often than not. Not the case with Nam, he took a mediocre haircut and made it really stand out. I have received many compliments and I feel great with the end result he created. I highly recommend his work.
