We had an existing prescription to refill, but from a new doctor. We did not notice part of the prescription was incorrect. However, the pharmacist did not miss it! "The best compounding pharmacy! The staff and service is exceptional. The pharmacist and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. I kept having problems with another pharmacy taking days to fill my prescription with bad customer service. I am so glad I switched over to Menaul. "First time going to this pharmacy today, went to get heart medication for one of our cats. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and the pharmacist that helped me was the owner, who was very kind. He explained the medications, the amounts, and gave me a few tips on the best way to administer the liquid medication — a very welcome surprise. He ended with the offer for us to call him should we have any additional questions and gave us his card. This type of warm non-rushed service felt personal and was greatly appreciated. I usually never leave reviews, but wanted to share given my positive experience. We will use this pharmacy for all of our needs going forward."
