"All the one stars for how mgmt treats their customers. There should be negative ratings for how the employees are treated! Sure hope that carrot eating snake got what she deserved. Back to 400#, alone, stuffing ls in her nose. Drug test the facility. Not just the ones she didn't like. My advice... Keep your mouth shut if you work in scuddy ABQ. Any of them will turn your words against you and drop a dime if the reward benefits their personal gain. I'm seeking legal advice if what that mgr did to me was illegal n I will be pursuing charges against her, the HR department and any other entity that will increase the payout for the damage done to my career and character."

"This has got to be the worst company to do business with. They bill incorrectly, can't manage to ship medication on time, and won't issue a refund of the credit on the account. All calls are left on hold indefinitely when asking for a supervisor."

"This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. They do not care about your health or the need for your medication. The supervisors are not willing to help either. It's a shame that the healthcare companies contract to Express scripts. Express scripts definitely saves them money because you are never able to get your medication or get a prior authorization approval. If you have a choice, don't use them!"

"Hands down one of the absolute WORST prescription pharmacies I’ve ever had the dishonor of dealing with. I wouldn’t recommend Express Scrips to satan themselves. Their app is the most confusing thing I’ve ever dealt with. I’m only 45 by the way, I know my way around technology. Their customer service is lackluster, they over promise and under deliver constantly. I tried to get my flu and Covid shot at our local CVS. AFTER scheduling an appt, I walked in and was told that only my doctor could administer the vaccines. No guidance or correspondence from Express Scrips at all this year that this was the protocol. Now I have to find and schedule with a practitioner which I’m sure will set me back months. If I could have given less than one star I would. Avoid EXPRESS scripts with everything you have!"

"We have our medical coverage through United Health Care (provider for Sandia National Labs). Ever since UHC switched to Express Scripts, we have had nothing but problems getting our kids prescriptions filled. Express Scripts "manages" the prescription services for UHC, which means that they aim to cover as little as possible. There are so many medications my kids need that were covered before, that are now not covered. And in the cases when we need medication that is nominally covered, Express Scripts will pull every trick in the book to make it difficult for us to get coverage. This is an evil company."
