"This Walgreens Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. It's the closest to my home, but I recommend that people use the one on Eubank and Menaul instead. They have better customer service, stocked meds, and better hours. My time-sensitive prescription was sent to this Walgreens. After a couple hours, I hadn't heard back so I started calling. Put on hold, hang up, call again, put on hold, hang up, etc etc. About 2 more hours later, I finally get through to someone to be told they're "out" of my medication, so I ask that they forward it to another Walgreens. They refused and said it wasn't possible, telling me to instead contact the provider. However, transferring prescriptions is clearly listed on their website as a service. I also checked with my partner, who is a pharmacist, and they're required to transfer prescriptions upon request. I called the pharmacy on Eubank and Menaul and they were perfectly pleasant. After the new location transferred the prescription over, I had it in-hand within an hour."
"I've gone here a few times to pick up prescriptions and it's always pretty slow even with just a few people. Either in person or the drive thru seems to always take a while. It's even more frustrating when you wait and get told that they don't have the meds there for your prescription and you have to come back. Never had a problem with the staff though, they've always at least been nice if not a little slow on pace."
"Selected 1star because no option to leave -5 such bad service, been told it is due to covid and are short staffed and supply shortages. BS service has been bad long time before Covid. The app will indicate prescription is ready to pick up but when I get there not ready. Next time I call yes is ready surprise still not ready Don’t use this pharmacy unless you like bending over and enjoy what follows"
