"Dr. Shan Ze Wang, MD is great, explains everything and very understanding. I had a reaction in his office to allergy testing and he was very concerned. Reason for the one star is customer service, women at the front desk are very abrupt. Also when you call customer service your thrown onto hold, without asking, can you please hold. I first visited this office in March 2021. Today I called to pay a balance on my account as they made an error on quoting my co-pay and later billed the diffrence. I spoke to Rachel she took my payment, I asked if I could get a receipt sent, said could send zero statement advised her that was great. I was in the middle of thanking her & wishing her a good day,, when she said "your all set" and slammed the phone down. Wow, what etiquette! I'm sure Dr. Shan Ze Wang, doesn't know how customer service treats his patients."
