"Cuda installed a spa heater for our HOA a little over a year ago. It has a 2 year warranty. We have been waiting over 2 weeks for them to simply come out and troubleshoot it to research the warranty. their after sale customer service is extremely sketchy."

"Reviews is for CUDA AQUATICS coming up as HQ!?! These guys are so bad it looks like they're trying to change their company name to hide their horrible rating. Cuda Aquatics has a bad BBB reputation, look it up! Shut down a commercial pool and spa more times in several months than I did in 4 years (as a freshly certified pool operator). They've plugged chlorine feeder directly into the wall and left; super chlorinated spa, wasted chems & water (had to drain). They turned on manual fill (even though I had signs specifically stating "do not touch these valves") and left; spa over filled. Bypassed the chem feeder flow sensor without telling anyone (just found out after having issues after firing them). Plumbed in flimsy pool drain to fill spa faster with pool water (just to save them time on site) without communication to staff. Diagnosed our pool heater, recommended it to be completely replaced... Heater only needed several parts to be replaced (thermostat/bypass valve). Heater repairs done by Lee-Sure pools for approximately $200 (vs the $6,000 they wanted to replace the whole unit). Paid for service 3 times a week and most times nothing was done other than a chem test. Constantly stated that filters were checked and did not need cleaning during visits; filters needed cleaning. Charged us to "deep clean" waterline tiles as they didn't follow thru with tile cleaning during regular service. After several attempts to keep them accountable they stopped communicating with local staff. Replaced a complete stenner pump and would not respond and comply with our request to leave old pump (I believe the pump was still good and it was never returned). So many issues and deceit from these guys, no willingness to follow up with local techs, and no accountability."

"Ruined our pool. This company doesn’t not have trained staff. Luckily they stood us up again and didn’t open our pool. After finding a new company we found out no filters were cleaned for a year- the pool wasn’t winterized properly leaving us with broken pipes, and they messed up our entire system. We were even going to use them to retile and plaster our pool- luckily we avoided that mistake. Please do your homework. These people are either not trained or simply don’t care. Extremely poor customer service as well."
