"Mike told me that upholsterers got super busy during the pandemic, which was my experience in trying to find one. I had a small job (for someone who knows what they’re doing—a big headache if I tried to do it myself) to fix some worn couch cushions. I contacted three other shops who were either too busy or didn’t even respond. One of them referred me to Mike who responded right away. It took a little bit of back and forth for our schedules to line up, but he stayed in communication with me and we finally got my cushions fixed. He did a great job, and the turnaround time was fast. I will trust him with any future upholstery needs I have."
