"I bought a Yoder pellet grill from this business, what a mistake that was, I spent over $2600 dollars, I had the grill about 2 weeks it had a bad fan according to Yoder. this company didn’t offer anything to help rectify the situation. They got my money, I guess that’s all that mattered to them, I wonder if the color of my skin played a factor in their decision not to do anything for me. But one thing I do know I will make sure I tell all my friends of the bad customer service I received from this company, the company that makes the grill are top notch far as their Customer Service, Patio 505 should take note on how to treat a Customer. "I shopped at the old Patio and Hearth store. I even drove there to find that they moved and changed names to Patio 505. Wow! Worth the trip to see the showroom. That's not why I gave them 5 stars. We went looking for replacement string for an umbrella that we bought there 5 years ago. They put a lot of effort into finding the record of the umbrella which then allowed them to order the right string. They really went above and beyond. That is what I call outstanding customer service."

Patio 505’s new location is STUNNING! They have so much on display for you to actually touch and feel the product. And let me tell you, once you actually touch the stuff in person there’s no going back. The quality is beyond anything else you can get in town. Further, the staff knows their stuff. We were looking at a large umbrella, and after they took the time to understand what we needed it for, they showed us the exact options that would work for our yard.
