"Rotten practices. Liars. Banged up appliances. We recently got a fridge from them and when they were supposed to deliver I got a call because the fridge had a huge dent when they opened it. They said they would discount it but still refuse to do so. The delivery team was super unprofessional. They were huffing around the whole time because I was calling out things that were wrong that needed to be fixed before they left. They charged us for items we didn't need, want, or receive. They lied about writing down that the fridge was dented and then signed off the paperwork (digital) themselves. I never received any paperwork and tried calling, but no one ever calls back. I tried filing a complaint with them, and they said a ticket was made, but I never heard back from them either. Go somewhere else if you are in need of appliances, Conns will con you!"
