"Went in to buy a new mattress for a split adjustable bed. Everyone was very helpful. BUT I GUESS that's part of the business of sales. I tried many mattresses until I found the one that I wanted. Here's the problem I was given a date that they would deliver. I waited all day, and I was promised it would be delivered by the times of 12 and 2 pm, yet nothing I called the store they said the guys were running behind. They didn't get there till the next day. The mattress was not what I ordered. I called, and the assistant manager said it was well. I looked for the tags to see if the bed was the same name as the paperwork. Guess what? There were no tags on either of the mattresses. I called the store again, and I spoke with the same person he told me I must have been the one to remove the tags. I told him you guys sent the wrong mattresses, you were late, and I think you just sent whatever you had that was close to what I ordered puking the tags so I wouldn't know. I told him it wasn't even close to what I ordered. He told me that the mattress in the store was broken in by so many people trying it out. I said that was bull. He hung up on me. We contacted the store manager about this, and he never returned my call. We got a bait and switch, and now I'm stuck with these mattresses. I don't trust this place. I am ready to contact the State Attorney General cause I believe that it is legal to remove tags. There is a lot more to this story, but don't trust these guys or these company."
