"I went to this company in desperate need and help to get my vehicle insured, and the lady I seen was so rude! She said I gave her information that disqualifies me from getting it. First off, I was looking for my VIN number as she continued to asked me questions and she was so rude and unprofessional. I was with my 7 year old son, and I even started crying because of how rude this lady was. I’m the only one who drives my vehicle, I have had insurance before, and I no the rules. I even told her I will get a letter from my boss stating I don’t use it for work but she said I stated I transport people in it, which was false... you do not understand some of our life situations , I was allready having the worst day in my life, I have mental problems, loss of income, other life situations issues going on, and first impressions from this woman, is to be rude and disrespectful? I cried!!"
