"Thanks to Longhorns wonderful service from their wonderful waitstaff. Longhorn ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory evening, turned into one of my worst experiences in a restaurant. Hire a competent waitstaff. Our waitress completely forgot about us. Appetizer came out 20 minutes AFTER the meal. Sat for half the night without refills. Will never step foot inside a Longhorn again. Texas Roadhouse has so much better service. Hell, Chick-fil-A does a better job."
"The food was fabulous. The service was even better. Timmy (Tim) was our server. He was absolutely fantastic. Great recommendations. Everything was perfect. The drinks were great. I highly recommend the old fashioned. These spinach dip is the best in town. I was actually very pleasantly surprised. This is my new favorite steakhouse in Albuquerque."
"Consistency. It is the only thing that makes anyone of us to go to a restaurant chain like LongHorn. Being resident in Texas, we are used to have a consistent Renegade sirloin with fantastic ceasar salad. But we did not get the same feeling when visiting this LongHorn in Albuquerque. Mean meat, terrible ceasar salad and a couple of dollars more expensive than Houston. I guess this is the beauty of being on the road traveling… in summary, I did NOT like…"
"The food was great. I had the 6oz steak and asparagus. I shared the Firecracker chicken appetizer. The service at the table was good. I never had to ask for a refill on my tea. The only issue was by the time my meal came out, the rest of the table was almost done with their meal."
"I Last time I ordered my steak medium rare. It was a little past medium. It was tender but too well done for me. This time I ordered my steak rare. It came out medium-rare. Perfect!"
