"I received a coupon via mail on 3/26/24 so I thought I'd use it today. When I went thru the drive thru because they're remodeling approaching the order booth,I stated that I had a coupon for a 12 PC, KFC order taker stated Coupon? I said yes ! When I approached the window to pay ,I gave my coupon to the clerk he put it up to a light to see if it was real ??? He then gave me the credit. Upon arriving home for dinner I noticed a small bucket,no way there was 12 pcs in here? Sure enough short 4 pieces. Really?? This long hair guy who waited on me needs to be taught customer service ,understanding that covid really caused an issue with finding good people, this store is a perfect example you hire whoever... At the Risk of losing more customers. Just look at your score 3.4. NOT GOOD ! 5 stars should go to the KFC CS line where I complained too,he was awesome! Won't be back !"
"This location is the worst! Again they have gotten my order wrong. I ordered the 12 piece meal, no breast pieces even though I ordered the mixed and no biscuits. I feel like customers pay enough for this chicken only be be cheated!"
"This location continues to disappoint. We ordered a 5-piece chicken strip meal, a 3-piece chicken meal, and the chicken fried steak meal, all original. Except for the chicken strips, the food was poorly prepared-both the steak and the 3 pieces were over breaded and and the chicken itself was undercooked. We ended up feeding that chicken to our dogs. The chicken fried steak was cold."
"This place has gone to the dogs.The night works are rude, lazy. So if you want dinner do not go to this KFC on Fourth street because they will tell you they do not take orders inside you have to go drive thru.Then you go to drive thru and they tell you they only call in orders.Like I said lazy. I advice you to go to the KFC on San Mateo they know how to do there job."
"The only time they ever got my order right was when I ordered the pot pies. They always charge for the combo meal,even though I never ordered it. I ordered the 2 piece dinner with both thighs. They give me 2 drumsticks. Go to Popeyes. It's better food, tastes better, and you will get what you ordered."
