"The general manager needs to be fired. He hides in the back of the store does not greet anyone when they walk in the door makes a new employee get off their lunch break to help us he had me waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes and another girl on her lunch break in the Drive-Thru waiting for 21 minutes. Customer service this is not his business it's easy simple stuff you can't be professional then find a different job. I've been going to the store for 7 years never once have I been treated like that something needs to change. I have a sick child I'm trying to get food for quickly and it took an hour and 15 minutes maybe if I was a white woman he would have helped me faster"

"The employees are extremely rude. We went to order and asked a few questions when we went through the drive through and they ignored us. When we went to the window trying to order we saw the employees crouching to avoid being seen (did not work very well) and the employees also took the phone off the hook after we called once. We have all worked in a fast food industry at least once in our lives and I have never done this to a customer no matter how much or how close we were to closing (we showed up an hour and a half before they closed). We also saw that they took another persons order after we drove off."

"Extremely Poor service, never experienced anything like it. The two workers left us on the drive thru for 10 minutes with no response. I drove up to the window and they didn't come to the window, I left and tried their walk in, they ignored me and didn't respond when I asked for their names or their store manager. store manager is: Unknown. The workers refused to give me their names, 2 very heavy woman behind the counter. You can't miss them. I hope they are reprimanded and dismissed."

"Don’t go to this location. The person who took my order kept cutting me off and acting like I was inconveniencing her by ordering. She was being very short and rude the whole time. If you hate your job that much go find a new one. The chicken was tiny, burned, and tasted old. The mashed potato containers were only partially filled with just a drop or 2 of gravy… They didn’t even fold the box my food came in correctly, most of it fell through the box and into my bag. This location is garbage. On top of that they’re still charging 14 dollar for a tiny portioned meal. What a joke."
