"We eat at Cracker Barrel for dinner and love it. This is the first time having it for breakfast and it was very disappointing. The service was great but the food was a disaster. The biscuits were great as usual and it went down hill from there. The grits were to runny, the ham steak tasted like it was swimming in salt before it came to the table. The hash brown casserole had so much garlic in it I couldn’t only eat 2 bites and I love garlic. The gravy for the biscuits had a weird taste to it."
"Great server - a true pro. Our server was amazing and on top of taking care of his customers. It appeared that he had multiple sections yet none of his tables were ignored. He was on top of drink refills and checking on us and not in the way that is overbearing or in the process of chewing. I never realized how appreciated it was to have them wait for me to finish my bite. The food service was reasonable for what was ordered and tasted better than normal not that normal.has ever been bad. The staff in the sales area was friendly and we talked about how good cherry candy used to be. There was a line at the checkout area so we took advantage of using the mobile checkout which made checkout a breeze from the table. Great experience overall and kudos to the staff this day."
"Went here for my son's birthday, by his request. Everything was horrible. 1. They refused to sit our party together even though there were plenty of seats. 2. Food came out at 3 different times. 3. We did not receive any drink refills. 4. The manager was the rudest young lady I have ever encountered. 5. We sung happy birthday to my son with no staff present and he did not receive dessert. 6. We will not come back and hope you don't either. Pics for proof!"
"I really appreciate that Cracker Barrel supports the RVers by allowing us to use their parking lots for overnight parking. There is no charge for this. They would like you to please buy a meal, or shop in the store, but it's not required. And you're expected to treat the parking lot with respect, i.e., no trash or campfires. So thank you, Cracker Barrel. The store was clean and the restrooms as well."
"Good food and friendly staff. Good food, they have a slightly complicated "off freeway location" but the parking is friendly. The staff were really positive."
