"Had a horrible experience here and the manager refuses to give me my money back or make things right in any other way , Called to let them know that the order I reciev3d from my delivery driver which was a family meal was very gross and some of it was under cooked and some of it was over cooked the chicken tenders were gard like a rock and a ugly color the biscuits were raw in the middle and instantly made me sick. The mashed potatoes gravy were old and had black residue as if burnt and the macaroni were old with hard bits like they had been sitting all day. I called the store and some young guy who was the manager blamed it on the Uber driver as to why the biscuits were undercooked said they didn't want to wait so they chose to give me half cooked biscuits which is actually a health code violation. He then said the chicken tenders were hard because the kitchen closes at 7 and that we got the bottom of the barrel left overs I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked him for the managers number he said I am the manager I told him I wanted the corporate number and he said are you threatening me I said take it as you'd like I want to speak with the corporate Manger and he laughed in my face and said do what you want. Will NEVER eat there again do not ear here their manager doesn't care about food quality and their ability to get people sick with raw food and its chicken place ."

"Used uber eats for delivery. No straws for our drinks, no plates even tho we specified, I ordered sweet tea, I don't know what I got but it wasn't sweet tea. All the drinks were watered down from the ice melt. No sauces even tho it was required by the ap not a happy traveler"

"If I could give negative stars, I would!! Don't eat here!! Placed an order online, and they forget the chix strips, 4 biscuits & lg fries. Plus, I found a bone in my pot pie. Mgr. on duty, doesn't know how to control the staff by making rude comments saying that we're lying and that we received the whole order and we already got a lot of food. Hello!! Were the paying customer! Called into customer service, and I'm only getting refunded $21.02 for a $46.89 meal. I tried this place again, thinking they changed, but apparently not! Last time, they had maggots in their mashed potatoes and couldn't deny it. Never again!!"

"Dinner was on point no wait time surprisingly. New wraps are good meal for one. Super busy clean lobby and manager looked super busy didn’t get his name think Estevan idk. Great place."

"Worst KFC I’ve ever been too, spent $30 on food that tasted so old and stale it was inedible. It almost broke the plastic spork they gave me. Straight to the garbage, can’t even get a refund or my order remade because the staff is so rude and just tell you that your wrong including the management. Basically they steal your money and give you the garbage they were going to throw away. Avoid this place at all cost."
