"As someone with a degree in hospitality management, I have been thoroughly impressed with each and every member of the staff at Bear Canyon. For starters, if there was an award for most welcoming waiting area at a doctors office, Bear Canyon would win, hands down. They have a cooler with complimentary waters, good books and magazines, and a Keurig so you can make fresh coffee if you happen to be early for your appointment. (However if you’re right on time you won’t need to crack open a magazine or make a coffee because you won’t be waiting long; they’re always VERY on top of their scheduling.) I am always offered a blanket and a pillow when it’s time to go back and sit in the operating chair. I said yes to a blanket at my appointment yesterday, and the kind assistant even covered me up instead of handing it to me to fend for myself. Talk about “anticipating guests’ needs”! I had pretty intense anxiety at the beginning of my implant appointment yesterday, but every step of the way I was made to feel at ease, I was encouraged to speak up if I felt any discomfort or had any questions, and Dr. Harrison continually touched base throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. Dr. Harrison and his crew are seriously the best of the best. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, the cleanliness of this office is unmatched, and they have very high-tech, advanced equipment as well. I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone looking for a periodontist in Albuquerque. You will be in wonderful hands with this team.
