DR. DENTAL

"These guys are the dentists to go to: they have excellent service, short wait times (on average) and a wonderful set of staff over there that are absolute professionals at putting a smile on your face (literally!) They know what's needed, are incredibly informant to the patient about details, and don't try to charge a bunch of extra fees for unnecessary treatment. 10/10 dentist, I'm looking forward to my next appointment!"

"The dentist themselves at this practice are quite good. The front desk customer service is absolutely garbage. Your not going receive courteous customer service. My only assumption was that they are dental assistant students or something still learning how to interact with customers in a professional manner. To get a hello out of them is nearly impossible. They may or may not look up at you as they say “whats the name’. Who says that?!? Well…..They do. If your early or on-time for an appointment they tell you to have seat and tell you they are running behind. However when asked about the delay they refuse to even guess as to how long the wait is. The front desk could care less if you’re on a timeline or schedule. Instead of them even attempting to guess as to how long the wait is, when you question them, the only solution they provide is for you to reschedule. Who cares if I work in Los Alamos and took half the day off to come into albuquerque for a simple cleaning. Rescheduling is their only solution? Simply no value or care for the patient! Lastly, my only assumption for this terrible customer service is that they are accustomed to working with folks that have public assistance insurance therefore feel like those patients are not deserving of friendly courteous customer service. I have phenomenal dental insurance, but that shouldn’t matter, EVERYONE no matter who you are should have the right to and is deserving of dignity and respect. Just When I thought I had found a really good dental practice, my search for a new one has begun."
