"We had hydroseed placed last summer (2022). We knew the soil wasn't great to start with, but were told it would take as long as we watered accordingly. So we did. This is on a sloped hill, so we are guessing the seed slid to the bottom, as at its peak, there was nice thick grass towards the bottom of the hill - though there were still patches with no grass. At the top of the hill, hardly anything took. We called and called. Either didn't get a response or got "we'll come take a look in the next week or so." But no one ever came. Probably called at least 10 times. Winter came and now that spring is here, we are in the same situation. Called again with no response. Waste of our money as we will have to totally redo this area. Haven't been this disappointed in a service before."
