DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Albuquerque

"Great experience except for a charge of -$10.98 on my Apple account after a 5 night stay and paying everything in full. The charge was 12 days after I checked out. The episode was using the in house coffee shop ordering 2 toasted bagels and coffee. The toaster was broken so I asked for a credit for my bagel which was provided Until the charge showed up 12 days after checkout I contacted the hotel yesterday and was told the charge would be reversed- not yet."

"First and foremost, Brittany at the front was very helpful in checking us in and making sure any and all accommodations were met. She had amazing customer service, and all Hilton Hotels should be as attentive and caring of customers as her. The price is as good as it probably could be. Rooms are a little small but are clean and gets the job done."

"It is a nice hotel, but the walls are very thin. We could hear neighbors talk last night and this morning we woke up 3x because they don’t turn their alarm off. I ended up calling the front desk. The toilet lid had nasty blood stains on it and there was hair in the shower when we arrived. We figured it would be clean the 2nd day we were here but it’s still there., Parking is expensive and the lot was full so we parked in the parking garage. You would figure a hotel this size has enough parking spots available for their guests. Staff is very friendly. Hotel looks nice. Great location."

"This was a very nice Hilton. The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant and bar was fun and there were good people there. On a Hilton honors member note, there were some things I look for that was not there, like hot water for tea and coffee in the lobby. Some of the staff were not so welcoming. I didn’t take it to personality, but am noting it in my review."

"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Albuquerque and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: 1. No Comforter: Upon entering my room, I noticed the absence of a comforter on the bed. A comfortable sleep is essential during any hotel stay, and the lack of this basic amenity was disappointing. 2. Faulty Bathroom Flush: The bathroom flush didn’t work properly. It’s frustrating to deal with such inconveniences, especially when you’re trying to relax and enjoy your stay. 3. They charged $17 for parking in their empty parking lot. Overall, my visit was marred by these issues, and I left feeling quite dissatisfied. As a guest, I expected better service and attention to detail. I hope the hotel management takes note of these shortcomings and works towards improving the guest experience."
