"I love cachapas so stopping here was a no brainier when visiting Sawmill Market. My husband and I shared a Pernil Cachapa with cheese/green chile and plantains. I got talked into adding the green chiles and I don't think they added anything. I did enjoy the dish as a whole though. I was a bit surprised how much it cost though. I'd avoid any upgrades if you're worried about the price."
"My friend wanted to show me Sawmill Market with all of the different food options. We went in with an open mind and immediately gravitated towards Cacho’s when we saw the big “Arepas” sign. We were so happy to have made this choice. Everything was fresh and delicious and full of flavor. I ordered the sirloin and grilled veggies arepas which came with rice and beans. It was so good and satisfying. And the folks who owned the place were delightful to speak with. Definitely try the food here!"
