"No matter the time, customer service and the quality of food should be respected to create a great customer experience. I did not receive that this early morning. I ordered online and got to the location within a reasonable amount of time of ordering. Yes, we got our food in a good time but when the girl came out she said annoyingly , “next time when you order online this late at night, order through the drive thru and ALSO we don’t have your shake so just get e refund through the app”…. If you didn’t want a curbside late at night, why give the option??… I had trouble finding the part to get a refund for the shake…. Upon getting home to check my chicken strips, the gravy cup was barely even full. Not a satisfied customer at all…."
"I went through the drive-through, and I ordered my sandwich with cheese, and it didn't come with cheese. I didn't receive napkins or straws. I also ordered some tender strips, and they were hard. My little sister couldn't even bite them. I paid $23 for my food and didn't even get it correct."
"This place was just opened so yes it's clean. My coworker tried using his chime tap to pay and it didn't work. Other than that we had a good experience"
"Bathrooms they said had a hazard and would not allow me to use the restroom. That was not the issue the attitude of the manager and staffs attitude and talking about me sending my children in earlier was rude and disrespectful. I sent my children to use the restroom because we are driving across country and had just spent $50 in the drive through. I have a law degree but was tired and driving a cross country for a large church event and have never see such a lack of professionalism and rude behavior talking about a customer and her children for just wanting to use the restroom. I rarely ever write reviews and they are typically positive. Believe the reviews! Not a kid friendly place! Go somewhere else or wait until they get new management!!! They saw me take this picture and didn’t care because they feel they are above customer service."
"Clean nice plus brand new staff..all were nice had beast manager who road them hard..(have to when new location. ) fries were kinda old burger was good as first time just got green Chile doubles will return to look and try fries and stuff"
