"Awfull forgot my side of coslaw the 10 dollar share order of popcorn shrimp was literally 10 pieces terrible also rock hard spit it out it was not edible. Called to complain and the gave me attitude as if I was in the wrong. Yeah I was in the wrong, for going there"
"Got an online order. They forgot a coleslaw and gave us this puny POS order of shrimp that we paid $10.00 for. If that's the share size, how many come in the snack size, 4? They were so old and hard it actually hurt my tooth. For as busy as they were, that shrimp should've been fresh AF."
"So I went to the closest LJS and it was totally dark inside way before closing time. Then I drove down to the next closest. I tried to go inside. But the door was locked with lights on inside. The employee told us it was policy to to lock the lobby at 8pm. But the drive thru is still open... Fine. It was very hard to hear the person through the speaker. I asked for th Shrimp bowl. It was not available. I ordered the fish tacos. When I got home everything was as ordered and it tasted good. So 5 star rating for the food. The service was as good as policy allowed, 3 stars. I gave a 1 star for atmosphere, because of the lobby closure and the terrible speaker."

I asked three times what was on the family feast because there was no lighting in the dark & was put on hold each time. Arrived at 6:19 in the drive-up and didn't leave until 6:49 . It won't be long before this place closes its doors."
"Had amazing service, delicious food and such a kind and outstanding worker. Tiffany took time out of her day to recommend some resources and help for us after my boyfriend and I made a comment about being sole caregivers to my disabled and bed bound mother. She managed to help so much when we had been thinking we were out of options for help, all while cleaning the dining area and cooking in the back. She is such a wonderful person who I can't thank enough. I highly recommend this restaurant, they hire good people."
