"This time around was a horrible experience. Never had this before. Don’t know what happened. I think it’s the new sales people they get, they need to be properly trained from costumer service to the filling out the correct paperwork. We ended up canceling the process. It’s been two months going onto three and they still can’t return our down payment we gave them. We have called multiple times they’ve ignore our calls. Then when someone finally answers they place us on a hold tell us they’re going to transfer us to another department. We ask to speak to supervisor they finally end up telling us we’ll check into it and give u a call back.(Never do)When we say “no, it’s been too long we need to get our money back and get this over and done with”.They just repeat and say “We need to look into it to see what happened?”We ended up going in and looking for Karina who was the sales person. Showed her the receipt asked her to give us the money back just like we gave it to her that day. Her response was unhelpful and said it’s out of my hands. She was totally different from when she was trying to get her commission, very unprofessional. Seriously this is a big company, you should be able to return or should I say reimburse clients their money!!!!!"
"Veteran Taken Advantage Of. This was absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I came back from being deployed and bought a brand new Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss for 68000. It had only 6 miles on it and a month after owning it, it started to shake so bad i thought i had a blowout on the freeway. I called and took it in for service. The service adviser i dealt with told me I cant believe the Ignition coil went out and shook his head.The issue was fixed. Throughout the whole time I have had this vehicle the LCD screen in the truck has froze, restarted, on some days will not start for hours at a time. This issue had been constant since i bought the vehicle in October of 2023. I was totally done with this truck and called to get taken out of this truck and into a different one. I was told the manager by the name of Patrick was willing to help me. I spoke with him numerous times and he advised me he will get me out of my truck and into another one but I would be 8,000 dollars upside down. He advised me my brand new truck lost this much value in 3 months. I would never buy a truck from this dealership or expect them to help with any issue. This dealership only cares about making money and not the customers issues. The sales person i dealt with Karina was awesome and patient. I understand it is not her fault but management should care more about making things right instead of making a penny on every deal they can. Please avoid this dealership."
"I'm pretty disappointed with communication and speed of service from the Service Department. I dropped off my car on a Monday and was told the service would be complete by Friday. I never heard from them, so I called Friday afternoon only to be told parts hadn't arrived so I would have to wait til the following Tuesday. On Tuesday I got a call saying all service was complete and the vehicle was ready for pickup. After asking a few questions, it turned out only half the requested maintenance had been completed and the parts for the other half were on backorder. No one told me this until I specifically asked about how the process went. This required me to schedule another appointment once the parts came in. Once the parts were in, I scheduled an appointment with the promise that the job would take one hour. Upon arrival I was asked to leave my vehicle overnight. I brought up the previous conversation and promise to get the work done same day, and the service folks did make that happen. About an hour after bringing in my vehicle, they returned my car having only replaced one of the two requested components. I was told that this was all they were asked to replace, and it was the only part they had ordered. So now I'm 2 months into dealing with these folks and I still don't have the expected maintenance complete. If you value your time or clear communication about service and pricing, find somewhere else to take your Chevy."
"I will buy from Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet again (overall they earned a 5-star review), my salesman was Spencer "The Cowboy" Deal (he earned a 5 Star review) and during my purchase, he was assisted by his peer, salesman, Juan Carlos (he also earned a 5-star review). I wholeheartedly recommend to you Spencer and Juan Carlos as well as recommend this dealership because my experience buying a 2024 Trax RS 2 was a fair car buying experience and also because the negative reviews you see here are not representative of what I observed, experienced, or witnessed during my purchase. Here's the full story... Background: In September of 2023, I bought a newly redesigned 2024 Trax RS 2 from this dealership. I started by building the vehicle on the Chevy website, Chevy provided me a list of dealers with the vehicle I wanted in stock or en route from the factory. I travel for work so traveling by air to go pick up a vehicle in another state was not a challenge for me thus I shopped around my state and adjoining states calling different dealers and asking about the vehicle I wanted to buy. Phone Call: I called 4 dealers before I called Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet asking about buying a 2024 Trax RS 2. The primary reason I bought from this location is as follows. Every dealership I called before Casa Chevrolet, every salesperson I spoke with before calling Casa Chevrolet, was hyper-focused on getting me to apply for dealer financing, was also playing word games about market pricing, and what pissed me off the most was when I asked a simple question about the newly redesigned Trax or about buying it, those other dealers salespeople rather than answer the question asked me a question right back as if I had not asked a question. Like they were not listening to me. My #5 phone call was Casa Chevrolet where I was rewarded with Spencer "The Cowboy" Deal on the phone. My Purchase: Spencer jumped on a computer while I was describing to him what I wanted, he found a match, and he immediately created the initial order workup emailing it to me within a few minutes of my calling. I placed a down payment via credit card, secure credit card processing online (not over the phone), and I next read over the updates Spencer provided me on the current location of the Trax I was buying as it was still in transit from the factory. The Wait: Overall, it took about 4 weeks for the new Trax to arrive at Casa Chevrolet from wherever it was in the process of delivery from the factory when I placed my order. During the wait, Spencer was out of town managing personal matters, and his peer, salesman Juan Carlos, stepped up to keep me updated every few days on the Trax location in transit while Spencer was out of the office. This is how I got to know Juan Carlos and why I recommend him to you as well. Pick-Up Day: I flew into Albuquerque on the day my new ride was ready for pickup. I met Spencer and Juan Carlos in person and they were just as I had experienced on the phone; polite, respectful, straightforward, attentive, and easygoing. Not once during my purchase did I ever feel they were pushy, or acting any way other than respectful towards me. Immediately upon arrival at the dealership I was shown my Trax and was most surprised at how roomy and big it was compared to what I had thought it was gonna be from looking at it online. I'm a big dude and I'm comfortable driving the Trax with no issues with seat size, legroom, or headspace. I'd coordinated my arrival in advance with Spencer and he had my paperwork in order and ready to go. Facts: Not once did Spencer or anyone else at Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet make me feel any other way than like I was a guest in their home. I did meet Reve the General Manager while signing my paperwork and she's also a class act. In my opinion, Reve is a professional with both a servant's heart and a hospitality focus. If you ask me to describe my 2024 Trax RS 2 buying experience from Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet in a few words, those words are - Reliable Dealer, Quality Salesman, and Stress-free Experience."
