"I stayed in a room that had no working microwave. I called to complain about the issue. The front desk guest rep said they'd replace it. I stayed for couple days and the issue was never addressed or fixed. Annoying since I had brought my own food after working a long day. The upper people above me were loud AF. Shuffling and rearranging furniture it sounded like. The front desk had time to tell them to be quiet, but neglected to replace the microwave for a paying customer."

I checked in about 4 AM in the morning and she still made me feel very welcome and safe she answered all my questions and gave me a very nice room on the first floor as I had her foot. She also made sure that I got a king bed as initially it was saying online that I did not have one. I really appreciate her And feel that she should be promoted"
