"I had to make three trips to two locations in two different cities in SD to complete my taxes. I have had my taxes done by the company for 9 years in a different state. They charged me three times the amount I have ever been charged. I called customer service and they connected me to the manager of the Rapid City. She was defensive, condescending and spoke over me the entire call. I did finally get the last two words at the end of the call Horrible experience and extremely costly. Never use the Spearfish or Rapid City locations. Why would I call again? You were extremely rude the first time. You don't listen to customers concerns and you obviously don't read the reviews. You also spelt my name wrong. So unprofessional Gyna."

"Place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE. Took my tax info for almost 3 weeks no contact made. I tried to contact them and nothing. Finally got ahold of them led me on for another week then said oh well you have to pay over 600 upfront to do these. What ever so I asked for my stuff back. Almost a month they had my stuff and was a fight to get my stuff back. Will never trust this place again."
