Extend-A-Suites Albuquerque West

"I regret to say that my recent stay at Extended-A-Suites was far from satisfactory. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was hit with an overwhelming and persistent foul stench that permeated the entire establishment. It was as if the smell had taken up permanent residence in every nook and cranny of the motel. Despite my best efforts to overlook the odor, it proved impossible to ignore. It followed me down the hallway to my room, My neighbor was this large woman, this very nice old lady, A man, and a dog that kept barking ALL DAY. When I walk passed the big woman there was a terrible stench (I believe that's where the stench is from). She had a Mountain Dew in a Starbucks cup with a ROaCH on it!!!!."

"This place deserves 0 stars. DO NOT STAY! The rooms look nothing like the pictures online— they were absolutely filthy. Questionable stains on the floor and walls, stains and holes on bedding. Didn’t seem like a safe area either. Paid $150 and we didn’t stay the night (it was too sketchy), and they don’t allow refunds. The manager told me “what did you expect, this is the cheapest hotel in the area”. Not acceptable."

"I was on a very planned trip to New Mexico for the purpose of visiting some friends and family, I decided to stay at this location, but I did not have a good experience and I often heard a loud dog barking, a cat meowing constantly, multiple people yelling in their room and stomping around like they did not care about others. On top of that, the room that was coming from had a very gross and strong odor that made me hold my breathe every single time I walked past the room. I did not know why but I googled the reviews to see if others noticed and found out a minor tiktok user was the culprit, I decided to watch the live streams she does and every time her and her family all yelled at each other I could hear it in my room too. I hope you guys can remove her from this building because that family ruined my stay and they smelt horrible. The dog and the cat were so loud too I couldn't get sleep half the time."

"Stayed this past week and was pleased with how my first day went until night time where I would hear someone coughing, a dog barking and a women being very loud (I don't think she was the one coughin). I went out to take a look outside and I seen a plus sized women bear footed with a yellow shirt trying to get her dog back in because she had doordashed delivered, I got cussed out by the lady for asking if she could keep it down and as she's walking back into her room I could see an older lady very short giving me the middle finger while the door closed. Overall nice hotel, Can't blame the hotel for these guests"

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY! This is by far the worst motel we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at some sketchy places before. It is absolutely *that hotel,* accepts cash, a homeless encampment in the back parking lot, and drugged out people having screaming matches at all hours. The room was absolutely filthy. Trash and debris on the floor, *those* stains on the wrinkled sheets. Outside lights don't work so you are walking around in pitch black dark in places. The most unsafe I've ever felt. Paid $150 a night for this dump. Never, ever stay here."
