"Aggressive with tenants even if you have rented from them long term. No late rent, no damages, no disruptions by us over the years yet they think threats are good business practice. When this lease ends we are soooo gone. With any luck they will get tenants to replace us who are habitually late on rent and destroy the place."

"They never answer the phone, return calls, or follow up on applications. For being a property manager myself , all calls are either answered or return with an hour. For being a company with many rentals and several people that I know looking for rentals I would suggest answering the phone. No one is that busy that the phones never get answered during business hours. People put applications in because they need a place to live not just to waste money and time."

"Very poor business practice/communication. Unclear on terms of cosigners. wasted $80 on 2 applications on 1 single property, not to mention hrs of time. Only to not be shown a property. 0 customer service, absolute waste of time and money. Never requested a policy change. Had all the proper documents. It was the lack of professionalism that led to this review."

"I do NOT recommend CC property management!!! We toured a home that this company was managing and DURING the tour… the lady showing us the property who knew no answers about the property continued to “take photos for advertising of the home.” Shortly after moving into the home, we found mold in the room my son was to stay in. Although we did get back our deposit in full - we had to be out of the house within 4 days to get that deposit back. We found over 100 issues with the home, none of which the company wanted to see or know about. We found out from some neighbors that the home had flooded so badly that the previous tenants found a mushroom growing out of the carpet. The same carpet that was still in the room my son was to stay in. I attempted to continue to stay in the home once repairs were completed (taking out the mold and replacing what needed to be replaced) but the company would not consider doing an air quality test to address the other water spots we had found throughout the home. We moved out, deposit in hand - the issues were “fixed” and new tenants are moved in with, I assume, no clue about any of the above issues."

"I have been using CC Property Management to manage my rentals for almost 3 years now. I have nothing bad to say about them. I will continue to use this company as long as I have a rental in the Rapid City area. They are professional, timely, and involved with their properties. They hold tenants accountable. They do what the landlords allow them to do to maintain good renters and properties. They also get rid of vendors at the first sign of trouble. Keep up the good work! Your office puppy is a sweet boy and gets along great with my dog when we stop by :)"
