"I have had an AC and Furnace issue since my wife and i started living here. Call emergency line and then was contacted by their maintenance guy and was giving attitude from the start. I asked the maintenance guy for an wall ac since that's what they did last year and he said that the guy was in hot springs and hours away. I then told him that thats not what I asked and he said it was out of his hands. He proceeded to tell me he would call Debbie so she can speak with me when that's not what I asked. I would love believe they tried there best to figure out a solution but just seemed like we didn't matter."
"Lights are, and have been, out in the stairwell all weekend at night. "A tech can come check that in the morning" I was told, as it's "not on their emergency list" to fix right away. What?! Residents falling down the stairs in the dark is obviously more important than keeping the lights on!"

"lived here for going on two years, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. the apartments are spacious, it's just my wife, my dogs, and myself, but it fits us very comfortably. we have great danes, and this was the only apartment complex in all of rapid city that had zero problems with that. the amenities are all very very good. the office manager is an absolute angel. the maintenance crew is a tad gruff looking, but are all absolutely welcoming within seconds of speaking to them. what isn't to like about this place?"
