"Caliber had my truck for a little over a month. Caliber was in no way responsible for this, as they were given the runaround from the company they purchased my bumper from. During that time, Alicia was amazing about keeping me informed of the progress, as well as the attempted contact with the bumper vendor. Melanie was also a huge help. A new vendor was found, the bumper was ordered and arrived the next day. Dave, the manager, offered to install the bumper at no cost, due to the issues. I told him that I didn’t feel comfortable with that, since I knew that Caliber was not responsible for the delays. The work they did was flawless and complete. I couldn’t be happier with the final results. Caliber Collision on Dorado will always be the place I go in the future if the need arises."
